      All members of the =US= must know who is in their direct CoC and can find this out by using the Battalion Roster. Any issue, question or request must be processed through a members CoC.
    2. =US= 2.1.1

      Regulation Name: =US= 2.1.1
      Members should never jump the Chain of Command. A Member should send their request/question/issue to the next link in their CoC and wait at least 48 hours for a reply. If the member does not get a response within that time frame, then they should forward all original PM’s to the next higher in the Chain of Command, and explain that they did not get a response. This procedure should be followed until a response is received.

      There are always circumstances that demand prompt action. Any issues deriving from (but not limited to) the following list MUST be pursued immediately and with all leniency granted where the Chain of Command is concerned. Members should ALWAYS feel like they can approach whoever they need to at any time when the following issues are involved. Where these are concerned, ALL DISCRETION SHOULD BE MAINTAINED if a member is raising a concern on behalf of another member. The HIGHEST POSSIBLE PUNISHMENTS will be issued to those that disclose information inappropriately in these situations. There can be consequences not only within the clan, but also legally.
      —> Member security/safety either in or out of official clan communications
      —> Harassment Harassment either in or out of official clan communications
      —> Any legal matters
      —> Account security
      —> Psychological health and welfare

      Regulation Name: =US= 2.1.3
      If a member submits a complaint about their direct supervisor, that complaint should be directed to their supervisor’s next higher. If the complaint is on-going or it appears to not be getting treated properly, it is always appropriate to follow the Chain of Command as high as the Clan Senior Enlisted Leader if necessary. There will NEVER be retribution or punishment as a result of submitting a complaint about a superior. All members are to be treated fairly, and part of that is holding members accountable for how they work with those under their command. No member should hesitate to report any inappropriate behavior or wrong-doing by any other member, as long as it is handled properly and with all due care. If any retribution or harassment takes place as a result of a complaint submitted properly up the CoC, the member doing so will face the highest forms of punishment.

      Regulation Name: =US= 2.1.4
      Members in leadership positions are required to acknowledge receipt of ideas or suggestions within 48 hours of the original time sent. If the idea or suggestion runs counter to the spirit of the clan, that leader may reply appropriately, though they should continue to pass the idea or suggestion up the chain of command.

      The clan structure is made up of multiple levels of rank and position with the Battalion (Clan) CO overseeing everything

      Company Level positions include:
