   Unit transfers must be approved by both the losing and gaining Company Commanders. Either Company Commander has the authority to stop the transfer

   Regulation Name: =US= 7.2

   Any member-requested Company transfer may result in the member taking a rank reduction (non-disciplinary type) of at least one (1) pay grade. This applies to both enlisted and officers.

   Regulation Name: =US= 7.3

   Members may only request a Company transfer if they hold the rank of E-3 or above.
