The clan structure is made up of multiple levels of rank and position with the Battalion (Clan) CO overseeing everything

Members in leadership positions are required to acknowledge receipt of ideas or suggestions within 48 hours of the original time sent. If the idea or suggestion runs counter to the spirit of the clan, that leader may reply appropriately, though they should continue to pass the idea or suggestion up the chain of command.

If a member submits a complaint about their direct supervisor, that complaint should be directed to their supervisor’s next higher. If the complaint is on-going or it appears to not be getting treated properly, it is always appropriate to follow the Chain of Command as high as the Clan Senior Enlisted Leader if necessary. There will NEVER be retribution or punishment as a result of submitting a complaint about a superior. All members are to be treated fairly, and part of that is holding members accountable for how they work with those under their command. No member should hesitate to report any inappropriate behavior or wrong-doing by any other member, as long as it is handled properly and with all due care. If any retribution or harassment takes place as a result of a complaint submitted properly up the CoC, the member doing so will face the highest forms of punishment.

There are always circumstances that demand prompt action. Any issues deriving from (but not limited to) the following list MUST be pursued immediately and with all leniency granted where the Chain of Command is concerned. Members should ALWAYS feel like they can approach whoever they need to at any time when the following issues are involved. Where these are concerned, ALL DISCRETION SHOULD BE MAINTAINED if a member is raising a concern on behalf of another member. The HIGHEST POSSIBLE PUNISHMENTS will be issued to those that disclose information inappropriately in these situations. There can be consequences not only within the clan, but also legally. —> Member security/safety either in or out of official clan communications —> Harassment Harassment either in or out of official clan communications —> Any legal matters —> Account security —> Psychological health and welfare

Members should never jump the Chain of Command. A Member should send their request/question/issue to the next link in their CoC and wait at least 48 hours for a reply. If the member does not get a response within that time frame, then they should forward all original PM’s to the next higher in the Chain of Command, and explain that they did not get a response. This procedure should be followed until a response is received.

All members of the =US= must know who is in their direct CoC and can find this out by using the Battalion Roster. Any issue, question or request must be processed through a members CoC.

All members are required to uphold any and all instruction or training from all applicable =US= Training Manuals and Instruction.

All members are required to wear all tags, emblems, and naming conventions utilized by the game they play as set forth by the Company Commander for that game.

All donations given to the Clan by members or supporters will be collected in the Clan Treasury. The funds are only to be used for clan-related expenses Any member wishing to receive funds from the Treasury for a service or server in relation to Clan activity must first send a request up their CoC. All monetary requests must be approved by C&S and be acknowledged by the Battalion CO or XO. Failure to acquire the approval of their request prior to starting said server or service will lead to the member having to cover all costs.

Cheating in any game at any time by any member is not authorized and will result in a =US= discharge. Cheating includes but is not limited to: Hacking, Exploiting, Stat padding, or manipulating any game files that would change the game play or give the player an unfair advantage in any way (this does not refer to Mods). Blocking Server screenshots screen shots with a third party program will also resort in a ban after thorough investigation, If Intel concludes that the member has been blocking screen shot intentionally, the member under investigation will be banned and dishonorably discharged.

Retired members remain subject to =US= 1.2. Joining a competing clan may result in loss of special privileges granted to former members at C&S discretion.

Members found to be collaborating with another clan with intent to cause harm or share trade secrets, will be subject to immediate dismissal and other than honorable discharge for their conduct.

Members of the Unknown Soldiers are restricted to being only in this clan. Joining or forming another clan without C&S and Company Commander's approval, whose primary game is PC based, is strictly forbidden and the member will be immediately discharged from the clan. If any member is a part of another clan, regardless of the primary game or platform, and their duties, activity level, or responsibilities suffer as a result, they will be discharged. Exceptions for PC may only be granted by C&S; all other platforms can be approved by the Commander of your Company.

The =US= Commanding Officer (CO) is at the top of the chain of command. The =US= CO has the authority to overturn/veto/finalize any decision relating to clan matters to include but not limited to regulations, promotions, demotions, discharges, etc. The =US= CO should consult his advisors and Battalion staff.
