  1. Any member who discharges under an active A-15 will receive an Other Than Honorable discharge.
  2. All NJP issuance will be made public on the forums to the rest of the clan so as they may learn from said members mistakes.
  3. After the member has met the time requirements (if any) of the issued punishment, a Hearing Board of JCS members (consisting of no less than 2 members of the rank O-7 or above, the accused member’s CO, and 1 Enlisted JCS member) will meet to determine if: —-> -Accused should be re-instated to active duty, at original rank, without any other stipulations, or —-> -Accused will be re-instated to Active duty at reduced rank, loss of leadership position, and/or other stipulation the board feels necessary, or —-> -Accused has failed to meet the issued requirements for punishment and will be other than honorably (OTH) discharged.
  4. Punishments attached to a NJP can be, but are not limited to, the following: —-> Written warning —-> 1 rank demotion for 15-30 days —-> Removal from leadership position —-> 7 Day Discord Ban —-> Re-instruction – member will be Re-admitted into boot camp or other similar re-education course. At the end of which the member must pass an exam given by course instructor. —-> Other form deemed fit by the issuer
  5. Members issued a NJP will have 2 days to state their case to the issuer and provide evidence of their innocence.
  6. NJP may be issued at the discretion of any branch Commanding Officer, Department OIC/WOIC, or Joint Chiefs of Staff Member.
  7. NJP is an official statement of misconduct presented to any member of the =US= that will be permanently part of said member’s file.
  8. Nonjudicial Punishment (NJP/Article 15/Captain’s Mast) is a form of military punishment/justice that does not automatically lead to a court-martial/dishonorable discharge.
  9. The =US= Official Promotion Scale will be used to determine promotion eligibility if no other =US= rule or regulation overrides or interferes with said promotion scale.
  10. =US= members may not recommend or award themselves any medals or rank.
  11. Award recommendations must be submitted to the appropriate CoC, with a detailed explanation as to why they believe the member has earned this award. Member recommending the award may be required to submit evidence/proof of actions, or have witnesses available to verify action.
  12. Any member of someone’s CoC who receives a recommendation for an award or promotion from a lower ranking member must pass along the recommendation to the appropriate Company CO/1SG for review. Non-compliance will result in disciplinary actions.
  13. Any full member of the =US= may submit a recommendation for an award for another member using their CoC.
  14. Company Commanders are assigned only by the Battalion Commander or his/her designee. All Company Commanders will start at the rank of Cadet and must pass OTS
  15. All members looking to hold an NCO position within =Unknown Soldiers= must be of good standing within the clan and must have completed the NCO Academy PRIOR to promotion to said rank. NCO ranks are as follows: Junior NCO: E-4 Corporal; NCO: E-5 Sergeant; E-6 Staff Sergeant Senior NCO: E-7 Sergeant First Class; E-8 First Sergeant; E-9 Command Sergeant Major
  16. UNITED STATES MILITARY/GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID’S ARE NEVER TO BE PHOTOCOPIED AND SENT AS PROOF OF SERVICE. PROBATIONARY MEMBERS THAT DO SO WILL IMMEDIATELY BE DISCHARGED ON THE SPOT. Members from other countries are to abide by their respective country's laws.
  17. US= members coming off of probation who have served in their nations armed forces and/or ROTC/JROTC may bypass TIG up to E-3. Proof will need to be supplied to the S1.
  18. All personnel will complete all phases of our Introduction and Basic Combat Training (BCT) within 10 weeks of becoming a Recruit [E-0]. This includes E-0, E-1, and E-2 Training. Exceptions will be made for personnel granted Emergency Extended Leave. Extended Leave (Inactive Reserve) will only be granted to personnel with the pay grade of E-3 or above (=US= 8). Failure to complete the BCT training in the required time may result in an Article 15 disciplinary action which could include a discharge from the Unknown Soldiers
  19. All probationary members, new and returning, will wear Recruit [RT] as their rank in front of their name. All returning members with honorable and retired status will remain a RT until BCT (if applicable) is complete. After passing BCT, all honorable and Retired members will be promoted to the rank C&S has decided on.
  20. All Real Life Active Duty members who are deployed/are being deployed will be placed in the “Inactive Reserve” Company. This Company will fall under S1. It will be at the discretion of the Company Commander, with advisory from C&S. Once in “Inactive Reserves” the member will be removed from his/her Company. When member comes back from deployment, they will report to the S1 who will then find a place for them and their current rank. No guarantees will be made as to the company they return to, the position they will hold, and every effort will be made to keep them at their current rank.
  21. If AWOL, the Company CoC reserves the right to discharge/retire the member (see =US= 6 for regulations on discharges/retirement). If AWOL for 2+ weeks, the Battalion Commander CoC reserves the right to discharge the member for inactivity.
  22. All members rank E-7and higher may be granted more than a month of leave on a case by case scenario. Leave more than a month must be approved by Company Commander or Battalion Commander
  23. All members E3-E6 are limited to 1 month leave at a time. This must be approved by the Company CO. Leave more than a month must be approved by Battalion Commander
