Things are now escalating to a serious level. N. Korea has shut down access to the S. Korean workers at the factory in Kaesong. This is a sign that intel analists have feared would come near true action by N. Korea. Korea is being a bully the shutdown of this facility is always taken very seriously as it makes for a very large sum of N. Koreas income. The U.S. is also taking this shutdown seriously. I cannot comment on what steps are being taken at the moment but i'm sure it will make the news in the near future. Hopefully N.
