Unaccounted is most likely due to learning curve on the new roster site, so I'm not as worried about that. However, Absent is far too high, and indicates people are just unable or unwilling to submit excused absences.We need to push as much as possible on the new guys to get BCT done so they can get their E-2 and transition over to 1st Platoon. If they're unresponsive, so be it. But if they're at all active and check the forums/PM's, we need to take advantage of that and get them through their tranining.Overall, though, outstanding work taking on the new roster site and leaping into it really well!! I'm very impressed by everyone's ability to work with the new system and make it happen. It's going to help us out a lot in the long run so we can figure out why things are working the way they are.
