Guest MAJ.Kaossilator=US= Posted June 10, 2012 Share Posted June 10, 2012 1SG: LCpl.Flyer is frustrated being in the Marines because he can't make meetings and doesn't feel there is much room for him to move up in their branch, so he came to me asking if he can transfer. I think it would be a great idea. He's been here since January and is upset he hasn't been promoted; so we know he's a dedicated guy and wants to work his way up the ranks. I explained to him that I could get him to E-4 easily, but he would have to wait at least 6 weeks TIG and be active in-game, on TS, and at events before he could be considered for a SL position and E-5.
