It's not bad, but if you're going to go to the extremes OC'ing (4.7-4.8 ghz) then you have the option to attach another fan onto the heat sinks. if you Also what helps is the thermal paste. The one it comes with is crappy. I suggest Arctic 5 compounds. I generally say conductive, but if you want to play safe get non-conductive.
