Just got to work right now(Luckily). Its raining hard today where i live in Cali. Some car was Directly left of me and didn't bother to check his blind spot to his right where i was, but noticed after he started to merge right that there was my truck in his way, he pulled left to merge back and started spinning out right next to me for 3 spins then managed to get 4 feet in front of me for 2 full spins, I barley dodged him and he spun out 5 more times after i passed him. I had a motorcyclist pull out in front of me a few months back and needless to say car vs motorcycle at 30 mph isn't to good for the cyclist.
