Chassis: HAF 922 Processor: Intel Core i7 2600K 3.40GHz Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 Deluxe Memory: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Power Supply: 750W Hard Drive 1: 150GB Western Digital VelociRaptor (10K RPM) Hard Drive 2: 1.5TB Seagate Barracuda (7200 RPM) Video Card: 1x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 1.2GB Hopefully it'll be here within two weeks...I'll be back once I get it and get everything installed again.

It's a pretty dramatic increase. If you got topline parts, why slowdown at the drives? Is the Cuda sata3? Unless you're reusing old parts then I guess it's understandable.

But for non-engineering majors I think its only like $25-40. Office 2010 for us is $9
