PO3.SoulForged has met all the TIG and requirements to be promoted to Petty Officer 2 (E-5) and will assume the Lead of PACFLEET for the Coast Guard (Acting). A message from the Commander: PO3.SoulForged has been a solid, steady member for the Coast Guard since he transferred last November.
