Guest MadMonkey Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 I cannot connect to my company OneDrive on my phone, boss man said figure it out, Im lost lol. I am logged in but it will not connect to either the mobile web or wifi on OneDrive. Everything else works fine including my Outlook on my phone. All it says is "Make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network", even though I am connected to both.
Guest jsm67 Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 Have you installed the SharePoint app on your phone or are you trying to connect through the web?
Guest MAJ.Kaossilator=US= Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 What type of phone? Is your company in SharePoint Online (O365)?Does your company employ multi-factor authentication?Does your company mandate MDM enrollment for your mobile device to access work data?Do you have any other work accounts added (e.g. Outlook mobile, OneNote,...)

Guest MAJ.Kaossilator=US= Posted July 30, 2018 Posted July 30, 2018 Right, so a OneDrive is just a small SharePoint site with very restricted permissions.Step me through what you're doing, if you want you can send screenshots via PM feel free.
