Anyone able to help with setting up Sharepoint on iPhone?

I cannot connect to my company OneDrive on my phone, boss man said figure it out, Im lost lol.

 

I am logged in but it will not connect to either the mobile web or wifi on OneDrive. Everything else works fine including my Outlook on my phone.

 

All it says is "Make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network", even though I am connected to both.

Have you installed the SharePoint app on your phone or are you trying to connect through the web?

What type of phone?

Is your company in SharePoint Online (O365)?

Does your company employ multi-factor authentication?

Does your company mandate MDM enrollment for your mobile device to access work data?

Do you have any other work accounts added (e.g. Outlook mobile, OneNote,...)

- Idk but everyone else has access but me

- I think, we also have to be logged into our apple ID

- Idk, they gave me the phone and said everything was set up just use it

- Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Dispatch Field, and Dropbox

Right, so a OneDrive is just a small SharePoint site with very restricted permissions.
