He is always a positive force in TS and can be seen playing Bf4 in TS more often than anybody else I am aware of. This member repeatedly claims to not be interested in leadership, but when tasked with a leadership job, he demonstrates clear capability to do it well. We appreciate his dedication to our branch and our game and believe he is deserving of a rank to reflect this.
