In view of these qualities and his demonstrated leadership potential and dedicated service to the Unknown Soldiers, he is, therefore, advanced from Major to Lieutenant Colonel. Advancement is effective 2 February 2018 with a date of rank of 2 February 2018. [/align]Signed Kaossilator, MajGen Unknown Soldiers, Chief of Staff I personally consider the position of Intel CO to be one of the most challenging anywhere in the clan. As such we tasked one of our most dependable and skilled members with the challenge of taking on that position, and did so during a time of turbulence as we took on additional clan games, restructured, and were making decisions that would pivot the entire clan in new directions. Spartan was not only eager to take on the challenge, but has truly taken ownership. Not only has he taken ownership of the technical aspects of Intel CO, but also truly realized that a key part of his job is to take serious part in helping to guide the entire clan. To that end he has put in place several changes in Intel which have a huge impact everywhere. These changes are in every single department: Engineering HR changes, changes in who handles BCT, leadership changes, staffing changes, Morale/Welfare/Recreation spinning up, and Combat MOS changes. As a result of his hard work and dedication, I am happy to announce that Spartan has survived his tenure in the dreaded rank of O-4 Major, and is immediately advancing to the rank of O-5 Lieutenant Colonel.
