is to be promoted to the rank of O-3 Captain.

[align=justify]1LT.Hammerwolf has been an excellent CO for the Army branch ever since he took over from Captain Rusher. He has supported his NCOs and maintained a branch with good retention of it’s members even when not many new members were assigned to his branch. As recognition for his excellent work as the Army CO I am promoting him to the rank of Captain.[/align]
