"PO1.Argasio has done an excellent job in his role as acting Chief of the Boat for the Navy. Though it took some work, especially when the Navy was down to two NCOs, PO1.Argasio has grown into a better NCO, and has helped the Navy grow into a more robust organization."[/align]
