Guest LTC.DentalMav=US=
So looking for a new mouse and maybe keyboard. Suggestions? What do they use in the ESL leagues usually? Not that I expect that it will fix my gameplay but can't hurt right? haha
Guest Zer0Su5pect
Sir, for keyboard try to look for cherry mx mechanical ones for maximum flexibility (clicky ones or non-clicky) RGB is the MOST IMPORTANT THING. More RGB = better gameplay, science. Jokes aside, since I have big palms these are the best for me (well I have no complaints, and I don't know the size of you hands sir) Keyboard: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CH-9110010-UK-Performance-Multi-Colour-Mechanical/dp/B01FDEMDY8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1499811637&sr=8-2&keywords=corsair+keyboard+mechanical Mouse: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Razer-DeathAdder-Multi-Colour-Backlight-Ergonomic/dp/B00MXV1Q4I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499811687&sr=8-1&keywords=razer+deathadder
Guest Soulforged
Being a promoter of Razer, I'd have to suggest the Naga for a mouse, and I use a BlackWidow for a keyboard. All RGB : )
Guest LTC.DentalMav=US=
I was looking at the deathadder, I worry that the naga might be a little bulky? I dunno but I am up for all suggestions or affirmations
Guest ShotgunSelfy
Sir, I use Razer products, however, I will just say that you should stay away from the Razer Mamba... it has a well known issue with tracking and it is very frustrating to use while gaming. 90% of the time it works perfectly but it will stop tracking at the most inopportune time. I do not game with a keyboard, I have been using Keypads since BF2 was released and I used a Nostromo N52. Now I use the Razer Orbweaver and yes, SN Zer0Su5pect is absolutely right... RGB is necessity so if you ever thought about using a keypad that you MUST get the RGB version! :D
Guest RET.Maj.Buckshot=US=
Sir, I use a Razer Blackwidow keyboard and a Mionix Naos 7000 mouse and I love them both. Before my Blackwidow I had a Corsair K70 that was awesome. Some spilt Dr. Pepper ended its life prematurely. I've always been of the mindset that while there are good and bad peripherals, generally pick the ones you like the most because the "best" are usually chosen subjectively anyway, as opposed to some objective reason why they are a better product. Guest RET.GEN.Darmine
I use DAS KeyBoard with brown switches and love it My mouse is a Roccat Kone Pure Owl Eye Solid and professional builds and made by Germans and we all know Germans can engineer like gods. ;)
Guest RET.CPT.Vogts=US=
LtGen, I personally use a Corsair K95 RGB with Cherry MX Red Switches and a Roccat Kone EMP Mouse (With Owl Eye Sensor). I can only recommend both, the Roccat can be run from 800 to 6000 DPI I believe, and the Keyboard is very smooth.
Guest RET.COL.SilverEupher=US=
LtGen, for keyboards I like quiet and smooth action key switches, so I usually get Cherry MX Red. Currently using this: https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-6Gv2-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B0038X3ZVM Waiting on this to arrive: Cherry MX mechanical switch guide: http://imgur.com/cZkte I have used this mouse a few years and like the shape and ease of being able to pick it up to re-adjust aim, plus it's easy and fast to change weights and DPI settings if that matters to you. The Logitech software is good and your settings will save to the mouse's memory so you can take it with you settings and all to another computer if you wish. https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Proteus-Spectrum-Tunable-Gaming/dp/B019OB663A Also have been using this Swiftpoint Z for the extra buttons, pressure sensitive buttons, gyroscopic control, and the software customization:
Guest LTC.DentalMav=US=
thank you everyone!!! I really appreciate it, at the end of the day I know its the Indian not the Arrow that makes the difference, but it can't hurt to have the razor sharp titanium tipped arrows right? haha After all the research, and some good amazon deals, I ultimately went with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ER4B8C8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LXC1QL0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And this was just a little something for myself: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000UEZ36W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 See how I like it! thoughts? I personally had a DeathAdder for a longer time before making the switch to a Naga and ultimately now my Roccat and the Corsair Keyboard, I can't say anything bad!
