Guest RET.GEN.Darmine
Is this a laptop? Get a warranty. You may want to upgrade your ram to at least 3 gigs. And the video card needs a bit of an upgrade. I could build you a Desktop?! Ask CSM.Ward his can handle anything. (Its a beast baby!) And it was only 1300ish. Anyway I just want you to have something that will be easy to upgrade later down the road.

Guest Ret.Maj.Xander=US=
That CPU is older than the one i bought after BF2 came out. Edit: found my newegg invoice here is the one i got http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103485 also my video card from the same order is just a little worse too http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814145076 and for reference
Submitted 7/6/2005
and one year later I ordered this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103631 which is much better than what u got. I'd almost be willing to send you my old parts if i'd think they could run BC2 or MW2. But that setup can't.
Guest Krawll
Sry man. But I'm pretty sure that computer will not be able to play BC2. Maybe BF2 on low graphics but not BC2. I mean, you only have 1 gig of ram. That is really low for a computer this day and age. I have 4 but BC2 requires at least 2. The processor is really old. I had that one about 6 years ago. I would like to know how your friend is able to play recent games? I don't know how much you spent but that computer (without monitor) is only worth about 250 bucks, tops. Best parts on that comp are prolly your sound card and speakers. Can't comment about hard drives since I don't know too much about those. Hard drive is a decent size though. I really hope you didn't buy these parts from your friend.
