Your sacrifices are not in vain, as I have personally benefitted from the many freedoms we have thanks to the men and women in armed forces. I want to challenge you all today to find a veteran that you do not already know, a stranger, and thank them. The veterans that could use the support are often found in the bar, hospital, on the streets, or homeless shelters... just saying... I am proud to be an American and I am very thankful all who have served, are serving, and will serve. Without the sacrifices of veterans, I could not enjoy the life and liberties I enjoy now.
