It is the Internet's equivilent of yelling. Typing posts in all caps is even considered spam on some websites as it is incredinly irritating. Of course it is even the fastest wifi doesn't compare to a Ethernet cable in terms of speed and reliability. But as sound said don't make posts in all caps.
