Guest Fallen27 Posted May 24, 2011 Share Posted May 24, 2011 It's not exactly free climbing. It's called bouldering. There are a few different types of climbing. Climbing with a rope can either be sport climbing, Traditional climbing or Aid climbing. If you where to climb one of those route without a rop, what you guys call free climbing is actually called free solo. The climbing im doing here is called Bouldering. The routes are usually not taller then 25-30 feet, still a dangerous fall. I like this style of climbing better because it is more technical, gymnastic and most of all a lot more powerful. As far as the name I guess my passion of climbing and the online game I've been using since I was very young dont really go together so well.
