Option A: I can get a Biostar A880G+ Motherboard with 4 Gigs DDR3 Ram for Only $86! ***THIS IS A COMBO DEAL*** or a ASRock 770 EXTREME3 Motherboard and 1 x 4 GIG ram Stick for $118

FIRST OFF ID LIKE TO SAY THE SECOND OPTION I LIKE BETTER BECAUSE IT HAS BOTH SATA 3GB and SATA 6GB Connectors...

Well the biostar motherboard you chose only has 1 PCIe slot which is going to cause you problems when you try to upgrade, especially if you ever want to add a sound card or a tv card or even another graphics card. I don't know if you realized but the biostar is also microATX while the ASrock is ATX meaning their different sizes. In fact i'd stay away from the biostar if your ever planning to upgrade your PC.

The ASrock is better than the biostar but the ASrock only supports two case fans so that might be an issue with overclocking. Another thing to consider is having only 1 USB 3.0 port which is kind of pointless because when USB 3.0 devices start appearing you will only be able to use 1.

Personally if i was going for a budget build i would go for this, its a little more expensive but has a more expansive feature set.
