***It only takes one person to get a server going.

Server: =US= Atlanta Mixed Non Hardcore

 

After they left SN.Čeh=US= joined and we got the server going for a bit then we headed off to the hardcore server to get it going :)

Exactly, 100%, totally, and unequivically agreed. Even if you're just idling in the server working on something else, it helps get it populated. There seems to be a magic number of people in-game for it to have a chance to become a self-sustaining server: somewhere between 8-12 from what I've seen.
