Does anyone know how to shoot with only a few shots with any weapon. I have a hard time shooting targets even when they are still? Maybe I need some training if it goes well I can train other people in the clan and we can be better on clan vs clan scrimage? Spc mullens

Either tap firing (just tapping the mouse not holding it down at all) or burst firing (holding it down a short period of time) Full auto = bad

Learn to fire one shot at a time; its not that hard to PKM snipe, once you teach yourself how long it takes for a gun to re-set its sights after a single shot. You can kill snipers, at range, with most any gun, provided you get the first shot at least...

What sound said, replace holding the mouse down with clicking fast. Works for almost every game but especially well in bc2. Maybe when i'm home we can hook up, ill try and teach you if you want??

Crazy is the best player in the clan, for the record. Tap-firing/burst-firing is probably your best bet. Another thing I've found is that, at distance, if you aim around your opponent's groin, the recoil of the weapon will carry the bullets up the body of your target when burst firing--especially with LMGs. You can get lots of headshots this way. Using a weapon on full auto is only useful when in very close quarters with more than one target. In that situation, spraying and praying with an M249 or MG3 can be very effective. Other than that, there are other things to think about. What kind of mouse are you using? Is it a gaming mouse?

best way to shoot is get up in their face and hold trigger with 249

I'll often start shooting them from the hip and then zoom in while in full auto if at close range. Just be careful because the M249 can burn through ammo if you aren't paying attention.
