Guest RET.Maj.SKI=US=
Today when I started my TeamSpeak3 program, I got a message that an update was available so I installed it. It screwed up my push-to-talk. It became push-to-silence. I finally reinstalled the older version back to get it working correctly. I'm not sure what happened, but that is why I could not respond earlier today when I was on TS (i had the mic muted). Has anyone else experienced this problem? I guess I would recommend not updating till the server software is.
Guest oXJerXo
Does your mic have a built in mute button? I forget mine is muted all the time.

When I pressed the button to talk, it turned Off the mic (like when you have a mic mute button pressed (which I do not have set up). I uninstalled TS3, and reinstalled the older version and all is good. This was on my personal laptop (Dell Precision M6400 running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit) which is what I use to game on. I just installed the latest TS3 client on my older laptop running Windows 2008 Server R2 without problem.

Guest RET.CW4.ThievingSix=US=
I have a dell......................... Im going to say it was great when i got it, and yes it's almost 6 years old now. When i first got it it was great but now, when i've tried to upgrade parts and really take a look inside, i've seen how convoluted it really is. The mother board is BTX, i mean WTF!!!, nothing fits in and your forced to use the stock heatsink which is the size of a truck, because the motherboard has special mounting holes, not standard ones. The graphics cards you can fit in max out at 4 inches in height, and theres no way i can remove the drives without removing the heatsink. Essentially to upgrade it i have the buy a new comp. So im just saying down the line, a dell is great, but its very difficult to upgrade.
Guest BigMac530
My computer has top of the line parts. If i want to i can upgrade it later if i want. You can buy yourself a Ford or a Chevy. If i have the money and their is nothing stopping me, im buying the BMW.

I'm not here to say that they suck or don't suck, but to intimate that Dell's are "the ultimate computing machine" is a bit of a stretch. When I built my current computer 18 months ago, I compiled a complete list of specifications that I wanted in my system and I approached all of the major "built-to-order" manufacturers, plus a number of independent ones. Not a single one of them could offer me a comparable system, even though their closest offerings were priced at $8400 and up. To each his own, yes? By the by, w00t it up for ANOTHER TeamSpeak update!! WOOT, WOOT!

Guest oXJerXo
At work we have all Dell hardware. I have had great service from Dells server group. It just when I try to get support for a PC and have to call India that the support quality drops off quickly. No offense to anyone from India, just my experience.
