First of all I do apologize if this is out of my so called "jurisdiction" but i have to get this off my chest.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ ALL REGULATIONS

It seems we all need to brush up on regs for TS as well as in game. I have seen numerous Violations as well as just about a flagrant disregard of the regs in all aspects. I will not give names or situations but these have to be followed. They are there for a reason and i assure you that if they are not followed then this clan will cease to be. The regs are there to protect the clan from certain accusations as well as keep everything fun for EVERYONE. I must admit all of us slip sometimes but i shouldn't go into channel and hear nothing but F this F that. that is ridiculous. Yea i mess around sometimes but to an extent and yes my mic my be hot sometimes but that's not the point. If you wanna get some expletives off your chest then go to a password channel. ALSO

ADDRESS PPL PROPERLY

I don't think ive heard anyone call an officer Sir but once or twice and NCO's are not being addressed by rank. When an officer come in channel there is no excuse for not announcing them. Come on guys just read your regs and abide by them.

This post will instruct how to address Officers and NCO's.
If you're a recruit and you forget to address, I will not mind but once you're a Seamen Aprentice I want to see that you address people properly.

Proper Addressing of Officers

Addressing officers is not hard. There are no different titles for the branches.
You should address every officer with Sir.

Addressing Navy officers:
Navy members with the rank of Ensign and higher should be addressed with Sir.

Addressing Marines officers:
Marines members with the rank of Second Lieutenant and higher should be addressed with Sir.

Addressing Army officers:
Army members with the rank of Second Lieutenant and higher should be addressed with Sir

You only have to address them when you: Start a conversation with them (or they start a conversation with you), End a conversation with them (or they end the convorsation with you), or when they give you an order. This applies to Xfire, Teamspeak, Steam and in-game, also applies when you reply to an Officer or NCO on the forums.

For Example:
LCDR.Denial: Hey Recruit
Recruit: Hello Sir.

Proper Addressing of NCO’s

I have noticed that some of you say Sir to a Non Commissioned Officer (NCO), now they’re all happy with it but I’ll explain how to address NCO's.

NCO’s are people who are in position of leadership but who aren’t officers.
This counts when your rank is lowers then theirs.

You can address NCO's with their rank or the following title's.

Addressing Navy NCO's:
People with the rank: Petty Officer 3 (PO3) or higher should be called Petty Officer, that is until they are promoted to CPO.

People with the rank: Chief Petty Officer (CPO) should be called Chief, that is until they are promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer (SCPO) or Master Chief Petty Officer (MCPO), which are referred to as Senior Chief and Master Chief.

Adressing Army NCO's:

People with the rank Specialist (SPC) should be called Specialist, until they are promoted to Sergeant.

People with the rank Corporal (CPL) should be called Corporal, until they are promoted to Sergeant.

People with the rank Sergeant (SGT) should be called Sergeant, until they are promoted to Master Sergeant (MSgt) or First Sergeant (1SG).

People with the rank Master Sergeant (MSgt) should be called Master Sergeant or Sergeant, until they are promoted to Sergeant Major (SgtMaj).

People with the rank First Sergeant (1SG) should be called Sergeant First Class, until they are promoted to Sergeant Major (SgtMaj).

People with the ranks Sergeant Major (SgtMaj) or Command Sergeant Major (CSM) should be called Sergeant Major until they are promoted to an Officer rank.

Addressing Marines NCO's:

NOTE: The most junior ranks between pay grades E-1 and E-3 (Privates, Privates First Class, and Lance Corporals) are referred to by proper rank and/or last name only, though the latter is informal.

People with the rank: Corporal (Cpl) should be called Corporal, until they are promoted to Sergeant.

ALL ranks containing "Sergeant" are always addressed by their full rank and never shortened to simply "Sergeant" or "Sarge".

People with the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt) should be called Gunnery Sergeant or "Gunny"

People with the rank of Master Sergeant (MSgt) should be called Master Sergeant or "Top"

People with the rank of First Sergeant (1Sgt) should be called First Sergeant.

People with the rank of Sergeant Major (SgtMaj) should be called Sergeant Major

People with the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant (MGySgt) should be called "Master Gunny" or "Master Guns"

Hey hey, Welcome back, How you doing?

Hey Mac! There have been some changes since you left I apologize if you were here for some of these, I just want to make sure you are up to speed :) most notably Crazy and Angry Mob both retired (except Crazy retired like Storm did....always here and helping out, just as a retired member). Storm, as you have noticed is back and CO of the Army, with Krawll as his XO. Kevin is CO of the marines, and Covert has come back and is the XO of the marines. Xander is back and CO of the Navy, Scout is no longer here (I took control as Division CO), TMI got a long needed Promotion haha, both Hardcore and Optimus Prime have come back and left as well to join NamGulfVet, Stephan, and a few others in starting a clan GOB (at first there were problems, but things seem to be running smoothly now and getting better). Spartan, as you can see, has retired and thankfully returned as well haha. Well that was a quick brief, there are more but I won't bore ya haha.
