Guest Bane
I thought UTorrent had the ability to encrypt P2P packet headers and also the ability to obfuscate the entire stream? My ISP tends to secretly throttle P2P traffic, when I found this out I set up encryption in UTorrent and haven't had a problem since.
Guest Ret.Maj.Xander=US=
I do the same thing Bane, the difference is that ISPs are using a cheap and not very effective way to see P2P traffic. With my school, you need to register your computer with them and they can see all traffic coming from your registered address, which givse them a much bigger look at what i'm doing. But here is my home speed tests Here's my pingtests, its funny that to Chicago is faster and better than to the server closest to me (Sioux Falls,IA)
