Guest BagoPrince
I have been using windows 8.1 64 bit since December 2013 and it freezes periodically, where i would have to press control ,alt , delete to on-freeze it and it even have my Logitech 700 gaming mouse being non responsive at times. I thought by now Microsoft would have fixed the bugs. So my question is : Does anyone else using Windows 8.1 experience the same problems or know how the fix the issues mentioned above. My drivers are all up-to-date on my asus maximus vi formula MB It seems like Microsoft is silent on this issue.
Guest RhinoTech
PFC, I have worked with you before on some troubleshooting. I personally use 8.1 on my gaming rig and it works flawlessly. If you're amenable, we can do a remote connect session to see if I can trouble shoot this before the meeting. I recommend compiling a list answering the following to the best of your abilities: Has it always been this way since install? If not, how long before you started to notice it? How often does it shut down (hourly, daily, weekly)? What activities/programs were you using before the crash? Have you noticed a pattern on shut-down or does it seem random?
