Guest Halabrad
Looking at some of the recources that we (the army) have I noticed that some of the videos are a bit out of date, and I would like to make a newer version of them for BF4. However, when it comes to video recording I know next to nothing. Could anyone give me some tips/tricks/toutorials on how I would go about setting up a basic recording system? Im not looking to do anything crazy (OMG1337 editing or the like) just basic running the program(s) and simple editing
Guest StubbornOx1
It's all about the software you are using, now I don't know your specs personally but here are some things that I could recommend for you sir. For a very long time I used Fraps which actually worked out very well for me. It does impact your FPS a bit but if you have a good enough PC that shouldn't matter. Also it doesn't compress files very well. Link: http://www.fraps.com/ Now I use a program called ShadowPlay, it requires a GTX 600 Series or higher. The program itself actually runs in the background almost always, and you can normally record OR you can record the last 10 minutes of game play. It is still in beta but works phenomenally. Guest cepwin
Sir, Since I only have a GTX570 I've been using playclaw 5. In terms of editing I also use Sony Movie Studio. It's reasonably priced and basic editing is not difficult.
