All members should know who is in their chain of command by reviewing the members section of the =US= website. Any member with a question or problem must follow the chain of command in order to get the issue resolved.

The =US= Commander is at the top of the chain of command.

Department CO's, Company CO's, =US= Sergant Major of the Army, the =US= Executive Officer, and the =US= Commanding Officer comprise the Joint Chief's of Staff (JCS). The JCS acts as a voting body, making policy, disciplinary, and clan structure decisions.

Within the confines of the four Company Commanding Officers the command authority will be deferred to the highest rank.

Within the confines of the Company's the chain of command is as follows:
1.Company Commanding Officer (CO)
2.Company 1SG
3.Platoon NCOIC
4.Squad leader
5.Enlisted personel
=US= 50-3-1
New/regular members report to their squad leader if one is assigned. Otherwise members will report to their Platoon Sgt.
=US= 50-3-2
Squad Leaders report to their Platoon Sgt.
=US= 50-3-3
All Platoon Sgt’s will report to the Company 1st Sgt.
=US= 50-3-4
Company 1st Sgt’s will report directly to their Company Commanding Officer regarding company issues.
=US= 50-3-5
Company 1SG's will also report to the clan SMA regarding NCO issues unless otherwise specified in the regulations or by the JCS

The Company CO reports to the =US= Executive Officer and the =US= Commander.
=US= 50-4
Violation of the chain of command may result in disciplinary action
=US= 50-5
Disciplinary action maybe recommended by the member’s most direct supervisor but must be approved by the Company CO.

Company CO’s will report any disciplinary action taken on the member to the =US= Commander. |
