All members must be registered members of the =US= site forum

Members will refrain from using profanity in any posting.

Members will abide the rules set forth by forum moderators.

Members may not at anytime display a rank of any branch as their avatar.

Full members are required to use their unit insignia as their avatar. This is the only type of avatar allowed.

The Intel/PA Staff will assign your =US= rank to your profile which, is displayed underneath your name in posts.

=US= members are authorized to attach custom signatures in posts. Recruits and non-members are not allowed to have sigs. Exceptions are granted to retired members and civilian contractors. Authorized signatures must be no larger than 400 pixels width X 125 pixels height and contain NO 3rd party or dynamically updated stats.

Members are authorized to wear any awards, wings, badges, etc that they have earned with the =US= in their custom signatures.

=US=30-9
Members wearing or displaying awards, badges, ranks, stats etc not earned in the =US= will be given a chance to remove the violating images themselves and may also be subject to corrective action. If the member resist in correcting the violation themselves the violation may be corrected without regard to the member by the JCS.

Members will treat all other members regardless of branch or rank with respect.

Members will refrain from using any profanity at all and will conduct themselves in a professional manner when dealing with anyone on the =US= forums.

Members may visit and post in other branch forums but should observe the rules set by the forum moderators.

Recruiting Forums should be used only by the Recruiting & Retention Staff, =US= Officers and prospective recruits. Only MTI's, Recruiters and prospective recruits may post in a recruit application. Basic Combat Tramay only post to introduce themselves as the recruits mentor and provide contact information such as their xfire name.

Any violations of forum regulations should be reported to your Chain of Command and/or forum moderator.

Branch forums are private and may only be used by =US= members.

User Names shall only consist of one or two words, be in good taste, and will not be a unit or military force, sexual/racial/drug related or contain profanity. User names in violation may be changed or deleted by a forum admin without the knowledge of the forum user. Any problems with forum user names, account, or other may be directed to a forum admin or moderator. Members may not use any rank in their name that is not their clan rank (example: RT.sgtslaughter=US=).

All members are required to wear their rank tag in front of their forum name including recruits. [=US=] tag is not required on forums.

Regarding Xfire and Steam Names, All members are required to wear their rank tag in front of their name, the clan tags must be clearly stated behind the members name in a uniform fashion (ex. PV2.Member=US=), including Recruits. Retired Members are required to follow these Regulations if they are actively involved with =US=, the rank of RET. must be worn in these circumstances.

The discussion of illegal or pirated material anywhere on the forums is strictly prohibited. The terms of service agreed upon with the website host state that any discussion of said materials is a clear violation of the agreement made and could lead to temporary or permanent loss of the website and domain. This includes the topics of illegal warez, software/video/audio piracy, website passwords, and torrenting. We do understand that not all torrents are illegal, as well as P2P downloading and file hosting services - please use your common sense.
