=US= 15-1
The MOS OIC/NOCIC will have the authority to administer tests. The MOS OIC may delegate certain testing administrative rights to the recruit's COC. Test Administrators must have attained a rank of E-5 or above, must have received proper skill badges, and must have permission from their COC in order to administer tests.
=US= 15-2
Members wishing to take a test should submit a request to the instructor well in advance of the time and date the member would like to be tested. Members may request to repeat a test as neccesary.
=US= 15-3
If the MOS OIC/NCOIC doesn't administer the test, test instructors will submit test results to the MOS OIC/NCOIC for approval.
=US= 15-4
Skill badges shall be awarded at the weekly General Meeting by the Branch CO, or designated representative. Results will be posted in the Awards and Promotions forum.
=US= 15-5
Instructors may decline to test any member for any reason with approval from their COC.
=US= 15-6
Test instructors will test trainees as per testing instructions located on the test page. Test should be completed with honor and discipline from both the trainee and testing instructor.
Cheating on any =US= test is not authorized and will result in the immediate failure of the test; the test administrator and the trainee may be subject to disciplinary action.
